VULNERABLE PEOPLE
Here at MetroSecure24 we are proud to offer a bespoke level of customer service to our customers who would fall under the bracket of being vulnerable. We are also proud to have a female engineer, which is becoming more common but unfortunately still rare within the industry, meaning we are able to attend jobs where the customer would feel more comfortable with a female within their home premises.
HOW DOES OUR SERVICE DIFFER?
As an Approved Company of the Master Locksmiths Association we are DBS checked and are very experienced at working in environments where there are vulnerable people present. We carry out regular work for the City of Doncaster Social Services' clients installing police approved key safes. We also carry out work in care homes for the elderly, residential children's homes, day care nurseries, mainstream schools, sheltered housing and supported housing for young adults with learning disabilities.
